DEED OF EXTRAJUDICIAL SETTLEMENT OF ESTATE WITH SALE
Notice is hereby given that the intestate estate of the late LEONORA CRISTOBAL, BASILIO CRISTOBAL, AGUSTIN CRISTOBAL and PEDRO CRISTOBAL consisting of their rights and interest of a parcel of land designated as Lot 5 of the consolidation subdivision plan, (LRC) Psd-11002, being a portion of the consolidation of Lots 12928-B, 12928-C, and 12928-D, all described on plan, (LRC) Psd-106415, LRC Cad. Record No. 1206 covered by TCT No. T-8525 containing an area of 3,232 sq.m. situated in the Barrio of Santa Joaquina, City of Laoag has been adjudicated by their heirs extrajudicially and simultaneously sold a portion of the above-described parcel of land containing an area of 462 sq.m. to SPS.
