Vintar, Ilocos Norte—Town Mayor Richard Degala
formally announced that the operation of the Vintar District Hospital is now
open on 24-hours staring Feb. 10, 2024.

away a maitaray dagiti pasyente”, Degala said.
The mayor thanked the
provincial government of Ilocos Norte headed by Governor Matthew Joseph M. Manotoc
for prioritizing the health care in Vintar and for providing additional medical
doctors, nurses and admin personnel for the hospital’s operation.
The mayor said the
hospital will not only benefit the residents from those at Surong Valley but
also residents who are at the northern part of the town’s river.
He said that with the
on-going construction of a bridge funded by the Office of first district Congressman
Sandro Marcos at Brgy. Alsem, the Vintar District Hospital will become much
nearer to residents of Brgys. Alsem, Salsalamagi and Magabobo.
Relative to this, the
mayor met the hospital staff headed by Dr. Desiree Geraldine Soriano.

salun-at ket nakagasana kami no anyaman a tulong iti maipaay iti daytoy nga
ospital’’, Degala added.
