Laoag City’s commitment to progress and efficiency

Monsignor Joel Bruno C. Barut blesses the newly acquired heavy equipment of the City of Laoag comprising of 10 units of dump trucks, one unit of man lift, and one unit of de-clogger. This marks a pivotal moment in the city's commitment to progress and efficiency. Joining Msgr. Barut are Laoag Mayor Michael Keon, several members of the Laoag council headed by Vice Mayor Rey Carlos Fariñas, city hall department heads and employees as witnesses for the blessing.

The 10 units of dump trucks is seen to revolutionize waste management, transportation of materials, maintenance of public spaces, and logistical support during evacuation and disaster relief operations. These vehicles are also set to streamline operations, ensuring a cleaner and more organized urban landscape for residents.

The single unit of man lift likewise improves urban planning and maintenance. This equipment will facilitate the inspection and maintenance of elevated structures, enhance the efficiency of repairs, and ensure the safety of workers involved in high-rise projects.

The de-clogger underlines the city's commitment to enhance its sanitation and drainage systems. This specialized equipment will play a crucial role in clearing blockages, maintaining sewage networks, and safeguarding the city against flooding.
