| Philippine Councilors League (PCL)-Ilocos Norte Chapter President Handy Lao presides over the first session of the chapter held at the Sangguniang Panlalawigan Session Hall recently. One of the agenda is to recognize the hardworking officials of the different LGUs in the province. The League will be awarding the 10 Most Outstanding Legislature for CY 2020 with the awarding on September next year. Nominees will be selected by the different NGOs and the members of the tri-media. The PCL-Ilocos Norte Chapter is also planning to conduct the first ever Gala Night on February next year to strengthen the camaraderie of the League. (Doms dela Cruz) |
