I was elected as first (founding) president, interim, then elected as permanent president until July 2001 when my successor Gladys Mae Menor was sworn in and took the reins; then to apo Rafael Alimbuyuguen, then Gladys back for another term , then short-termed Sandy Lasquero, succeeded by Rizal Fernandez, to President Silvino V. Bermisa Jr
