| Girl Scouts of the Philippines (GSP) Ilocos Norte-Laoag Council president Atty. Corazon J. Ruiz-Abad, signs the memorandum of agreement with the Laoag City government. The MOA gives the GSP usufructuary rights to a parcel of land owned by the city government for a period of 50 years.
